Marsh Harbour Inn

The Marina

A 12-suite inn on Keelson Row overlooking the marina and marsh, with a hot breakfast each morning, a golf cart for each suite, bikes and beach gear, and Shoals Club access for an added fee.

Marsh Harbour Inn sign and heron logo at picket fence

Marsh Harbour Inn stands on Keelson Row in Harbour Village, on the same street as The Inn at Bald Head Island, with views over the marina and the marsh and out to the Cape Fear River. Look for the heron on its sign by the picket fence. A fractional-ownership association owns it, and guests book its twelve suites through two island rental companies, Munroe Properties and Intracoastal Rentals.

The suites range from snug one-bedrooms to the 1,089-square-foot Pinnacle, and one, Cape Fear, has a full kitchen. Each morning the innkeeper cooks a hot breakfast, served in a dining room that looks out over the marsh. Every suite can add a golf cart for a single $75 fee no matter how long you stay, and bikes and beach gear are there to borrow. Old Baldy, the marina restaurants, and West Beach are all within walking distance.
