Intracoastal Realty bought Bald Head Island Limited’s real estate and vacation rental business in March 2020, and Bald Head Island Limited now points visitors to Intracoastal as its preferred place to book a stay. Its rental office sits at 4 Marina Wynd, by the marina.
The Bald Head list covers island homes of many sizes, plus suites at the Marsh Harbour Inn. Rules vary a little from house to house: check-in and check-out times depend on the home, most of the year carries a two-night minimum, summer stays from June through August run a week or more, and renters must be at least 24.

Cary Cart Company
Golf cart rentals from a hut by the ferry landing: 4- and 6-passenger carts (some enclosed) by the day or longer, booked online and picked up when you arrive. Renters must be 21 with a license.
