Tiffany’s Beach Properties has been renting island homes for more than 26 years. Founder and owner Tiffany Williams has built a list of about 46 homes, condos, and villas spread across neighborhoods from Timbercreek and The Villas to Surfman’s Walk and Middle Island, with weekly rates that run from under $2,000 to well over $50,000.
Golf carts, linens, and departure cleaning come with the rentals, and the company takes care of your ferry reservation. A member of the team greets guests at the house after they arrive, and in-house housekeeping and maintenance staff look after the homes between stays. Tiffany Williams also owns Room Service, the home furnishings shop on Maritime Way.

- Check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am. Check-in instructions arrive by email about a week ahead.
