Side Wok opened in the summer of 2022 as a walk-up window beside the Maritime Market and its pavilion, run by the market’s owners, and for a few seasons it was the island’s place for Asian takeout. The 2025 menu ran from crab rangoon, dumplings, and soups to pad Thai, lo mein, coconut ginger curry, General Tso’s chicken, and stir-fries, with kids’ meals and the market’s covered pavilion for eating on the spot.
It closed after the summer of 2025, and the market’s 2026 hours list it as closed. If it comes back, the Maritime Market’s website and the island’s monthly posted hours will say so first.
