A private event venue at the marina, in the former Delphina space: a dining room, two covered porches, a bar, and in-house catering for parties of up to 132.

The Boat House sits on Marina Wynd, next door to Sandpiper Coffee, in the waterfront building that was Delphina for about a decade. After a stretch as a breakfast and lunch spot, it now works as a private event space that you book whole, with its own kitchen and bar team.

The room count is generous for the island: a dining room, a large and a small covered porch, and a bar, roughly 132 seats in all or about 120 standing for a cocktail party. The in-house team caters with passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, or seated dinners, runs the bar, and also caters off-site. Pricing for daytime, evening, and late-night rentals is posted on the website, which is the place to start planning.

Getting around
