It’s a general contractor for island homeowners, taking on remodels, windows and doors, roofing, and water intrusion, along with the jobs particular to island houses: crofters, dune walkovers, outdoor showers, and winterizing. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work goes to licensed subcontractors based on the island.
