A sit-down Mexican kitchen and bar in Stoked Village: tortillas made daily, guacamole in a stone molcajete, ceviche and oysters, street tacos, fajitas, a mezcal-flamed ribeye, and margaritas.
Cozumel opened in July 2025 on the ground floor of Stoked Village as a full sit-down Mexican kitchen and bar. It comes from Ozkar Zaragoza, who also owns Si Señor in Wilmington, with his brother Eddie running the kitchen. Tortillas are made fresh every day on a machine brought over from Mexico, and the bar and tables are made of parota wood.
The menu goes well past tacos. Start with guacamole in a stone molcajete, ceviche, or oysters, then choose from street tacos like al pastor and quesabirria, fajitas, enchiladas, or the big plates: a mezcal-flamed bone-in ribeye, octopus, lobster tail, and a Molcajete Mar y Tierra meant for sharing. Margaritas come from the full bar, and a walk-up window handles orders to go.
